Once you open an account with KC 777, it is your responsibility to keep it secure. Never share your account password with anyone.

Account Verification (KYC)

KC 777 may request any of the following documents at any time for identity verification:

• OTP for mobile number verification.
• Bank account or mobile banking number verification.

One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one KC 777 account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically permitted.
• KC 777 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior reason.

Bonus Abuse

KC 777 takes bonus system abuse seriously. If a member attempts to obtain bonuses through dishonest means — such as opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or coordinated betting — their account will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

Important Gaming Rules

• Confirmed bets or game results cannot be changed once finalised.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Lottery Special Rules

KC 777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. Members may also close their own accounts at any time.

Reasons KC 777 May Close an Account

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• Account verification failed.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

Account Closure by Member

To close your KC 777 account, email our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure — funds may not be recoverable once the account is closed.

KC 777 is committed to maintaining the highest standard of service; however, KC 777's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• When a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• When the service is unavailable due to scheduled server maintenance or technical upgrades.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway issue.
• When an account is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
